I reached out to her in Jan of 2018 because my son thought she would be a good fit for me and my wife.in our planned move from CT to GA. She was in contact with us from Jan 2018; thru the close (finally) of our CT home in Feb. 2020; then thru the purchase process ending April 22, 2020. Although she was sending us info on where we intended to move, my familiy prevailed on us to look in a different county.No problem for Kathie; she changed gears in a heartbeat. As luck wou;d have it, we saw a house om the same weekend Kathie was out of town. Again; no problem for her... she arranged for another agent to get us into the house and we made an offer. There were a couple of issues with the house; one potentially a show stopeer. Kathie suggested a followup inspection by a specialist AND a suggestion on what to ask of the seller - DONE. Next came an issue with appraisal; I was almost willing to put up the extra cash; Kathie to the rescue- ask for reduction- DONE. OUTSTANDING and we are happy. Additionally, the team she put together; introducing me to Rick Stevens (Mortgage Broker) and his group- another superb experience. Might as well keep riding this train- finished with Ben Payne on insurance, another fine job and theold pro Atty Ray Kearns at Campbell&Brannon.for the most memorable closing ever- card table, two folding chairs in a parking slot in a dimly lit garage.
